This is a question that excites many women and also quite a few men around the world. I don’t know a woman who doesn’t want to look good. Everyone who keeps to himself should make a little effort. It’s not about drastic diets, hunger, and deprivation. This is a way that will help us look good as well as feel good and only for 5 days. What I offer you have been tested by me and my friends. Everyone has heard the ancient saying that one apple a day keeps us away from the doctor. I will not tell you about the benefits of this delicious fruit and the valuable vitamins and minerals it contains, because everyone is aware of it.
Let’s start with the first day
In the morning, spread two slices / preferably of wholemeal bread and optionally toasted / with cheese / preferably skimmed, maybe with butter / and eat an Apple.
Our lunch can consist of a bowl of rice / maybe with vegetables / or mashed potatoes / maybe boiled potatoes with a little spice / plus the unchanging Apple.
Our dinner should be light. We will make a salad of cabbage, carrot, and apple. Add your favorite spices to taste to your liking.
In the morning, make oatmeal with yogurt by adding a sliced Аpple.
Lunch – eat a grilled chicken steak with carrot salad and an Аpple.
Our dinner can consist of lettuce and a little ham plus an Apple.

For dinner, make rice with vegetables/carrots, corn, olives / and an Apple.
And after 5 days we should not start cramming with chips, burgers or other unhealthy foods. This is not exactly a diet, but a sample menu that is good to follow every day. We need to build a diet to feel better. I hope I have been useful to you. Try it and you won’t regret it.
