Honestly, following a certain diet is difficult. And it’s really not the best way or the easiest way to lose weight.

Eat less

If you want to lose weight, reduce the weight of your portions. This is the first. This is a way to get your body to take in as many calories as it can burn.

So how do I reduce my daily ratio?

To reduce the amount of food we eat at each meal, it is necessary to use smaller plates than the previous ones we have used so far, in which our portions will look large.

Before eating, drink 1-2 glasses of water / not carbonated /, which deceives the stomach that it is full. Drinking one or two glasses of water before meals also helps. This makes your stomach feel full.

Chew your food more slowly. Eating at a slower speed (forget about eating on your feet) is also good for good digestion. I have a friend who has been practicing Yoga for a long time and says that one bite should be chewed 40 times. Well, I can’t for that long, but I eat more slowly than my relatives, who unfortunately eat fast and then their food weighs.

Be careful when choosing a menu in the restaurant

I know that when we are among good friends and in an intimate atmosphere, a person relaxes a little more, but when we decide to lose weight we need a little self-discipline. We will try to smartly choose our menu, which will be tasty and low in calories.

Let this be the option when we go out to dinner with friends.

There is another option that can be developed.

We think before going out with friends.

 “Well, I can go to dinner and eat some!”

But will we be able to resist the delicious steak that our friend eats with an appetite?

I guess you’ll try one bite, then another, and before you know it, you’ve taken a whole plate.

However, we can go out to dinner from time to time. We just do not have to lose self-control, which is entirely up to us and everything will be fine.

Emphasize physical activity.

You know it, but you don’t apply it, do you? Try to combine your diet with a little physical activity to have a better effect than what has been said so far.

No, you do not need to become a fitness maniac. And when we have not actively trained it is a little difficult.

First of all, start walking. I have a friend who says that her parents go for a walk in the neighborhood or in the nearby park after dinner / every day /.

Run or ride a bike around the neighborhood, if you like to dance, sign up for dancing if you swim and there is a place to go swimming sign up for swimming.

It’s easy, isn’t it? I know it’s easy to say and difficult to implement, but if you have the will, anything is possible.

If we do not follow the diet properly, this can lead to a decrease in the body’s metabolism, loss of macronutrients, and dehydration.

Therefore, we do not need a strict diet, which if we stop can get the so-called yo-yo effect, but simply reduce the calories in our menu. And accordingly, this means to reduce the consumption of meat / not to stop / and to increase the consumption of fruits and vegetables.

And let’s not forget something not so insignificant – movement. Movement is health.
